At Narara Valley Baptist Church, we believe the most effective way to share the Gospel and build lasting ministry is by raising up local leaders. That is why our global missions partnership with ZOE International specifically supports the ZOE Leadership Training (ZLT) program in Thailand.
While ZOE is widely known for its incredible work rescuing children from human trafficking, our church directly supports their intensive, two-year missionary training school. ZLT focuses on turning local youth—many of whom have grown up within ZOE’s care or surrounding communities—into passionate, equipped, local evangelists.
Why We Support ZLT
The ZLT program runs on a powerful, biblical model: local youth possess the cultural understanding, language, and heart required to reach their own people in ways foreign missionaries cannot.

Deep Discipleship: Students undergo a rigorous two-year spiritual and practical formation program, learning theology, leadership skills, and vocational traits.

Frontline Evangelism: This is not just classroom study. ZLT students regularly travel into mountain villages, local districts, and major cities like Chiang Mai to run evangelistic campaigns, lead worship events, and plant seeds for local churches.

Youth to Missionaries: The program takes young adults and gives them a lifelong calling, sending them back out as indigenous missionaries to reach the unreached.
